i had the deluxe family apartment, it was huge and tidy. the staff were excellent friendly and helped with everything. the hotel had a marvellous location near barbican house.

The room was bright and brand-new, featuring smoke detectors for safety. the beds were incredibly comfy, and there was a work desk, multi-channel television, and a cozy sitting area. the location was fantastic, just a short distance from Mariahilfer Strasse, the longest shopping street in Vienna, as well as the city center and the Vienna shopping district. I really appreciated my stay here, and I look forward to returning!

The breakfast was satisfactory, the personnel was CARING. Location: the hotel was close to the Marianhilfe church and Mariahilfer Strasse which is the longest shopping street in Vienna and a nice area. And it's just a short stroll away from Schnitzelwirt, ate there once or twice.

The location of the hotel was great, in a busy shopping area with easy access to the metro and close to popular tourist attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and clean sheets. The hotel offered a good wifi connection and the staff was available 24/7 at the reception desk.

There were some cleanliness issues in the rooms, with fungus in the freezer, dust in the corners of the rooms, and old carpets. The balconies also had a worn-out appearance.

The Hotel Haydn in Vienna is ideally located next to popular tourist sites and is just a short 10-minute walk from the Vienna State Opera. We had a great time at Haydn and found the Ottakring district to be particularly noteworthy. We highly recommend it, maybe even to our friends.
